How to cope with these challenges?
• Enrich the skin with quality moisture
It is important to restore the moisture lost by the skin during the winter, and to assist it in coping with the winds and dryness of the transition season. The higher the level of moisture in the skin, the healthier and more elastic it will be, and the less it will suffer from irritation and sensitivity. • Use a mild cleanser and don’t over-cleanse
One that won’t irritate the already sensitive skin and won’t increase the feeling of dryness. It’s recommended to select a cleanser with a pH level that is close to the acidity level of the skin (5.5). Even if your skin is oily, it’s advisable not to wash it more than the necessary, twice a day.
• Use sunblock

The consumption of deep-sea fish, like salmon, mackerel, cod, and sardines, will provide an available source of omega-3 acids, which preserve the elasticity of the cells and are essential for the prevention of skin irritation and inflammation.
